For dinner tonight I made Blackened Tilapia with Mango Avocado Cilantro Lime & Onion Salsa!! And had some blue jello for dessert :)
On the menu tomorrow: Creamy Alfredo pasta (maybe + grilled chicken) & a beautiful lemon cake with cream cheese frosting and coconut shreddings! >Bake or Break
...just had to tell someone!
