Soooo this weekend was awesome.
On Friday, I got a much needed evening break and went to Cadaver Ball! (not a bunch of cadavers dancing around but just a a way to tell the world yet again that yes we are in medical school :) ) ...I LOVED getting dressed up and not wearing jeans for once. Plus I got to were a dress that I bought over the winter break & had not worn yet. And went with the best date of the night, my roomie Giulia!
I think my favorite part were the amazing chocolate and carrot cakes. Oh wait, my fav was the drinking & dancing that was going on all around. Apparently we all needed copious amounts of alcohol in order to dance haha! but it was soo fun. I danced some and laughed a lot. I recall a slightly tipsy Wilson singing lyrics to an old country song & trying to teach me the dance with "forward, forward, back" hahaha. that would be him below with Giulia!
Saturday, I was very studious!! and I got to study outside in the warm weather <3 and had a fun salsa dance practice at midnight!
Sunday, I slept in & studied in the MSL all day until I went to Palm Sunday mass at 7pm...which was packed!! crazy! note to self: try not to stare at the cute guitar player in the chorus when going to get eucharist hahaha...then around 8:30ish I shared an incredible steak dinner with Erick!
