I was just hit with the realization that I have no idea what I am doing, any given day. But nobody really does. We are all just figuring it out as we go. That's why assumptions don't work. or expectations. all we can hope for is to be happy with the moment.
And so I hope my baking skills will actually pay off for something because I'm going to attempt to make these Gingerbread Bars with White Chocolate Icing bars... to make amends to a good guy for my being momentarily crazy. twice. ouch.
Good news is: I have a new outlook, where I know that anything is possible. even in taking risks.
